Are all your items authentic?

All of our sneakers & merchandise is 100% authentic/ legit, purchased from authorized retailers. Up on request we can provide a copy of the receipt.  We DO NOT sell factory variants or fakes.

What is the refund/exchange policy?

14 days hassle free return policy. Buyer pay for return shipping and 15% restocking fee may apply.  except  we sent the wrong items or sizes then we will pay for return shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

20% for the total price cancellation fee will be charge per item for order cancellation. (Except shipping and handling fees)

Do I need to pay any custom/impost taxes when the item arrived?

For USA/CANADA there will be no custom. We have inventory in USA/CANADA.  For international we will mark the item value at a lower amount and ship it as a gift to avoid custom duties. However, we have no control over actions taken by any customs department. 
We are NOT responsible for ANY applicable customs charges, import taxes/tariffs, customs seizures/confiscations, local sales taxes and other customs charges incurred for goods being retained at Customs.

How can I track my order?

Our shipping department will email the tracking info after shipped. Customer can track their item at WWW.USPS.COM

Does LIVESNEAKERS accept wholesale order?

Will LiveSneaker use double box when ship out my item?

All Sneakers will be packed by normal paper box with the original shoes box.
$10 charge for double box* service on single order. (optional)
* Provide an extra box to protect the original shoes box with bubble.

How long will the shipment take?

Order takes 48 hour to process after payment received. Our CS department will email the tracking information after shipped. Should you have any question, free feel to email out [email protected]

Delivery Time:
USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 business days) 
USPS INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY (7-10 Business days)

9. I don't receive any replies by email?

Our Customer Support Team strives to answer all requests sent by e-mail within 24 hours. If for some reason you don't see an email from us within that time, most likely it was blocked by some filtering software installed on your computer.

 

The following actions will help you make sure that you get emails from us: 

  • Add [email protected], or better the whole livesneaker.com domain to the whitelist;
  • If you can't do the above action, contact your e-mail/Internet provider's Customer Support to check for your configuration options;
  • Search through your junk mail, bulk mail and spam folders, select the confirmation message and click "Not Spam". This will help future messages to get through.



In order to reply to your submitted inquiries we use the e-mail address that you entered in a web form or sent your request from. 
Be sure to type your e-mail address correctly.
